Make fresh organic milk from soybeans, almonds, cashews and other raw nut milks in as little as 30 seconds! 1/3 cup of soybeans will yield apx. 1 qt of fresh soymilk. Make fresh rice milk, rice paste, sesame paste, and porridge. It can even be used as a coffee grinder and mill by using included accessories.

You can make milks out of any nut, seed, or grain even steel cut oats and rice. You just need to soak them for at least eight hours first. There is a heating mechanism in the Soyabella, but that is optional whether you use it or not so you can choose to make raw or cooked milks.

Cashew Milk Recipe

Dry, raw cashews - 1 measuring cup

Water - 0.8L-1.3L

Maple syrup - 2 tbs. (grade B is best)

Rinse, and soak cashews in water for 4-6 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse cashews and load into the milk screen. Attach head unit to carafe and run mill function 3 - 4 times.

Remove head unit, and add maple syrup. Chill before serving.

TIP: Many flavorings can be added to your raw cashew milk. Don't be afraid to experiment! Try flavorings such as vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and carob powder. Also try natural sweeteners like honey, molasses, brown rice syrup, date sugar, and stevia.
