I had mine remove at 12 years old and we had a squat toilet so it did not came from that plus the family had a very healthy diet.!!!!

I use a Seiza Bench (for meditation) and it is perfect! Probably can find these at garage sales…
INTERESTING: my father had his appendix removed and in his 70's he had colon cancer…..this may be believable.

I use the trash can in my bathroom. Just put my feet up on it. Works everytime. I would like to get something a little more sturdy, but for now it will doo doo : D

I would have to agree thats its more diet related. I had a bout with diverticulitis and had to have a section of colon removed and my appendics was enflamed so they removed that also. A poor diet causes most of our health problems. There is no doubt about it.
