		<description>There is a lot of uses for nettles.  Many of my friends and I share recipes and have them at each others houses.  Some times I feel like it still taste different.  Does anyone think the water we are using is causing this?</description>

		<description>I started the stinging nettle shakes with the fruit added into it.  Just pop them into the VitaMix and it is great.  Will repost my experience as the weeks go by. </description>
