Under normal circumstances we ship same day if ordered before noon or if afternoon we ship the next day after the order
is received. Business days are M-F. If you order on a weekend it will be
shipped out Monday or Tuesday. We ship out of California and use
the United States Postal Service or FedEx depending on the weight of your
order. Depending on where you live, delivery should take 3-5 business
days and longer during the Holiday season. Please allow up 7-10 days during the Holidays. Below is a Fedex transit time map.

After we have shipped your order we will send you a tracking number via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam mailbox or contact us.
If you order something that is out of stock or backordered you will be sent an e-mail letting you know the expected time of shipment.
At this time we only ship items throughout the U.S. and only offer e-books internationally.
When you order an e-book from Raw Glow an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail you specified in checkout (usually your paypal e-mail address), check your spam folder if you do not see it. The e-mail will contain very specific download instructions. Please save the e-book to your computer because the download links will expire. At Raw Glow we have a very strict return policy, we will only accept returns that have not been used or opened up to 30 days after purchase. If you order something and change your mind before opening it or using it please contact Raw Glow at email@example.com to get a RMA number and specific return intructions. Returns cannot be processed without a RMA number.

Paypal is a secure way to accept credit card payments. PayPal has received close to 20 awards for technical excellence from the internet industry and the business community at large and has 100 million account members worldwide. It is available in 55 countries and regions around the world.
What if I don't have a PayPal account?
You can still pay with a major credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account. PayPal allows you the option to pay safely and instantly with all major credit cards.
Once you have filled your shopping cart and you are ready to check out you can click on "view cart" in the upper right hand corner and then click on "checkout". Then just look to the bottom right of the paypal log in box and click on where it says, "Don't have a PayPal account? Pay with your debit or credit card as a paypal guest." See below for pictures.
This is what it will look like if you look to the right of your screen when you are checking out. Click on "Don't Have a Paypal Account" if you do not have a PayPal account and would like to pay with a credit card.
Then click on the button that says "credit card" and fill out your credit card information.
If you shop online often, it is recommended to sign up for a Paypal account. It only takes minutes and is a very easy and secure way to shop online. The majority of my purchases made online are through PayPal, I find it easier because I don't have to enter my information each time I go to a new website, and after researching PayPal I think that it is one of the most secure ways to pay over the internet.
Is PayPal safe?
PayPal is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. Your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the Internet. They restrict access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. They maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. They test their security systems regularly and also contract with outside companies to audit their security systems and processes. My payment did not go through with PayPal, what happened?
If a payment does goes through with PayPal you will receive an e-mail confirmation and transaction number. If it did not go through, it could be that you did not complete the transaction or your connection with PayPal timed out before payment was complete.
Paypal did not accept my home address, why?
Paypal will only accept the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
I paid with my bank account with an e-check, why has my order not shipped?
When paying with you bank it usually takes up to 4-8 days for your e-check to clear before your order can be shipped out. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number in your e-mail inbox.
